Title: When Andy Met Ianto (at least as far as Andy knows)

Rating: Hard G. So fluffy it floats.
Summary: Another day in the Cardiff City Police. A shaggy dog story.
Disclaimer: I do not own Torchwood. Thank the gods, the BBC does and not some $#&%! American network. I'm not making money off this.
Warnings/Spoliers: Just fluff at this point. No spoilers, but there is an allusion to invisible_lift's great "Y Llanc Glandeg Didrugaredd." I am not sure this story will fit into that universe though. So, for now, let's just say it's plagiarism.
Author's Notes: May be the start of a series, if I can find a way to escape from the sappy corner I have painted myself into. If I do continue, it should move up the rating scale to NC-17/18.
